I recently went to the grocery store with a family member who purchased $130 worth of groceries and she paid only $30 for them. I was in SHOCK but she said she had actually done better than that. Skeptical and hating the idea of coupon cutting I decided I had to figure it out for myself. I have clipped coupons in the past, attempted to sort them in a small plastic coupon sorter thingy and then NEVER even brought the thing to the store. I honestly thought it was too much of a hassle to clip because you didn't really save anyway. However, after seeing this family member do it (and she has 6 children) I thought, "If she can do it, so can I".
So, I started. it is slow at first because you really have to get a collection of coupons stocked up and you do have to get a really good organizing system down. I have been doing it for 6 weeks now and I am seeing really good results. Pasta for $0.39, Quaker Instant oatmeal for $0.83, Scrubbing Bubbles power sprayer $FREE, Glade scented candles $0.25...and the list goes on. I don't know it all yet but I do have some GREAT tips. So log on...complete the steps and follow me and we can save money together!
Maybe we will all save so much we can go on a vacation, pay off debt, take a trip to the spa, or go on a shopping spree...MAYBE we can do all of it! :0)
